Due to the rising population and rapid urbanisation, the construction industry is seeing an expeditious growth in India. It gives employment to millions and accounts for a large percentage to the country's GDP. With time, projects have become more complex and the number of project participants have increased. There has also been an accelerating increase of technological advancements within the the digital and construction industry. Every project needs to be completed with an optimum cost, quality, time and scope. This is possible with an intelligent collaborative working of all those involved in the project. Construction Project Management facilitates all of the above crucial, critical concerns and assures success of the project. It is the overall planning, coordination, execution, controlling, monitoring of a project from inception to completion and thereafter, aimed at meeting the requirements and aspirations of the Client / Owner / Stakeholder in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.

The entire course is divided into 11 modules. Every module is divided into multiple short lectures of 7-15 minutes. Modules consist of assignments, MCQs, additional resources and an interface that will enrich the student’s learning experience.

Arti Daga is an Architect and an Academician, with almost 2 decades of Professional and Teaching experience in the AEC Industry. Presently a Full Time Faculty at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS University and a Freelancer; Project Management and Sustainable Architecture are her core areas of interest. She is a graduate from Sir J.J. College of Architecture and has done her Masters in Construction Project Management from NICMAR, Pune.
An IGBC AP, GRIHA Evaluator and GEM CP, she has also done a Diploma in Built Heritage Studies and Conservation. She worked for almost a decade with Architects and Developers before starting her own practice and simultaneously became a passionate academician. She also teaches as a visiting faculty at School of Business Management and is associated with several Management Institutes to curate and conduct Programs.
