Dwaipayan Chakravarty

Dwaipayan Chakravarty is an Architect and Urban Designer, and is Jr. Partner at VK:a architecture, at Pune. He is an alumnus of TVB School of Habitat Studies in Delhi, after which he completed his post-graduation from SPA (Delhi) in Urban Design in 2005. DC uses his experience in handling complex, large scale projects, through a site sensitive, economically responsive, and well-coordinated approach. He personally enjoys focussing on elaborating the planning narrative as a critical component of design evolution. He prefers balancing an Architect’s role as a professional, with academics. Dwaipayan is Secretary of the Institute of Urban Designers - Pune, and commonly takes workshops in some of the leading Schools of Architecture in India.

Sandor Bali

Sandor Bali currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Graphisoft and supports the Graphisoft partner channel across South- East Asia. Sandor has done MSc. Architect and Engineer, 2009 (HU); BSc. Constructing Architect, 2011 (DK). He is training around 150 participants yearly since 2015 from architectural practices, contractors, and interior designers in different large enterprise companies and is a guest lecturer at the NUS Department of Building.

Vami Koticha

Vami Koticha, Partner Director at sP+a, graduated from Kamla Raheja Vidhyanidhi Institute for Architecture in 2008. With over 15 years of experience, she has played a key role in notable projects, including the award-winning Maya Somaiya Library and the UDAAN low-income housing project. She led a team for the kinetic installation at the State of Architecture Exhibition. Currently, she oversees projects like a boutique hotel in Goa and a Cricket club in Chennai. Vami manages the real estate architectural design vertical, focusing on reinterpreting traditional typologies using computational software. Her design philosophy is to "Do more with less."
