The Parking Paradox

How much parking is adequate? In this course, we shall learn to design a parking space based on parking calculations and layouts . The course involves lots of fun calculations, varied parking solutions for different space conditions. We will also cover most of the parking regulations, bylaws, and its associated documents covered.

Kamal Passi, currently working as an Assistant Director (Architecture) in the Military Engineer Services in the Ministry of Defense, loves working on public projects and infrastructure. Kamal is an alumnus of Chandigarh College of Architecture and the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. He was previously working as a CAS Officer for the Central Public Works Department, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt. of India and has worked on many Civic Projects. He has worked under the Le Corbusier Centre, Chandigarh for the Restoration of the Pierre Jeanneret House and Le Corbusier Centre in Chandigarh. He also has worked In Geneva, Switzerland during his Internships.
